Cancellations
Cancelling your booking
If you have to cancel your booking please notify the gallery as soon as possible by telephone and confirm in writing.
For cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the course, any fees paid will be refunded.
No refunds can be made to those who cancel within 7 days of the start date of the course or fail to attend a course for its full duration.
All deposits are non-refundable.
A cancellation fee of £25 will be charged.
Cancellation of courses by the Gallery
If your course is cancelled you can transfer to another course at no extra charge, or receive a full refund for any course fees and deposits paid. The Gallery reserves the right to cancel any course at short notice, in this event you will be notified as soon as possible.
